From a young age I was often to be found drawing animals and showed a keen interest in art and nature around me.
Studying for a Degree in Drawing and Applied Arts gave me the opportunity to experience working with a wide range of media. This knowledge was ideal for passing on to students in my teaching practice in secondary education.
I currently have a studio in Bradford on Avon where I am pushing my boundaries by working on more intuitive paintings. Again, nature is influencing my creativity. I am inspired by the vibrancy of colours that the natural world surrounds us with.
