I have created things from childhood havingbeen taught to sew my own clothes by my mother and encouraged in drawing from a young age by my father.
Over the years I have taken part in many South West based Art Trails, I was chosen by The Bruton Art Factory in 2016 to be part of a group show of 4 artists and am regularly featured in their exhibitions.
I have also exhibited and sold work through 44AD in Bath and The Pewsey Gallery in Wiltshire.
I have shown and sold work in the UK, Europe and the US.
Since moving to Frome in Somerset I have been closely involved in the local art community organising the Frome Artists Café and for 7 years the Frome Open Studios.
I am now spending more time on my own work, reaching out to other artists and am a member of the Frome Art Society and was awarded Highly Commended in their 2017 Spring Show.
Currently I am working on two large private commissions whilst also developing my own practice.
